An ample 30 m2 studio apartment in a comfy rustic-style atmosphere having all the necessary amenities. A lot of natural light comes in through the two completely double-glazed balconies looking over Calle Manzanares. Air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the apartment and the original pitched ceiling has ceramic tiles and wooden beams.
Within the open-plan area there is a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, ceramic-glass hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster and coffee percolator. The living area has a 32” Smart TV and the sleeping area a150x190cm double bed and a 3-door wardrobe. There is also a bright, spacious bathroom with shower.
All the apartments have bed linen and towels for a minimum stay of one week. The communal area has a patio with a washing-machine for the use of everyone, a portable clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. If required a cleaning and laundry service is available.
As the house is right in the centre of town, there is a wide selection of cafeterias, bars and restaurants near at hand.
Wi-Fi, Internet, security entrance door to the communal area, video-security in communal areas and an alarm system connected to the police.
Parking places are available (at an additional cost) less than 200 metres away.
