A 40 m2 duplex studio apartment having a comfortable rustic-style ambiance and equipped with all modern amenities. Two balconies with complete double glazing look out on to Calle Correo Viejo and the Plaza Dr Arce which was originally Plaza El Egido. Air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the area and a wooden pitched roof under which there is an additional sleeping area accessed by a wooden staircase.
The apartment is divided into two areas. On the open-plan ground floor there is a kitchenette with refrigerator, ceramic-glass hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster and coffee-percolator. The living area has a 32” Smart TV and the sleeping area a 150x200cm double bed and a 4-door wardrobe. On the same floor is the bathroom with an ample shower plate and natural light from the inner patio through a glass-block window. On the upper floor there is an attic-type room with two 90x190cm single beds.
All the apartments have bed linen and towels for a minimum stay of one week. The communal area has a patio with a washing-machine for the use of everyone, a portable clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. If required a cleaning and laundry service is available.
As the house is right in the centre of town, there is a wide selection of cafeterias, bars and restaurants near at hand.
Wi-Fi, Internet, security entrance door to the communal area, video-security in communal areas and an alarm system connected to the police.
Parking places are available (at an additional cost) less than 200 metres away.
