A 40 m2 duplex studio apartment offering all modern amenities in a comfortable rustic-style atmosphere. There is a lot of natural light from the two completely double-glazed balconies overlooking Calle Correo Viejo. Air conditioning (cold/hot) throughout. It has high wooden ceilings and there is an additional sleeping area under the pitched roof, accessed by a wooden staircase.
This apartment is divided into two areas. On the ground floor is a kitchenette, with an original extractor hood, which has a refrigerator, ceramic-glass hob, microwave, toaster and coffee percolator. The living area has a 32” Smart TV, 140cm sofa-bed and a 3-door wardrobe. The bathroom on the same floor is equipped with a shower. On the upper floor there is an attic-type room with a 150x190cm double bed.
All the apartments have bed linen and towels for a minimum stay of one week. The communal area has a patio with a washing-machine for the use of everyone, a portable clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. If required a cleaning and laundry service is available.
As the house is right in the centre of town, there is a wide selection of cafeterias, bars and restaurants near at hand.
Wi-Fi, Internet, security entrance door to the communal area, video-security in communal areas and an alarm system connected to the police.
Parking places are available (at an additional cost) less than 200 metres away.
