A charming 23 m2 apartment offering all modern amenities in a warm rustic-style atmosphere. With a lot of natural light, it has two completely double-glazed balconies overlooking Calle Manzanares. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is installed throughout.
This cosy studio apartment has a kitchenette area equipped with refrigerator, ceramic-glass hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster and coffee percolator. The living area has a 24” Smart TV and there is a 135x190cm double bed in the sleeping area. It also has a fitted wardrobe and a bright, spacious bathroom with shower.
All the apartments have bed linen and towels for a minimum stay of one week. The communal area has a patio with a washing-machine for the use of everyone, a portable clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. If required a cleaning and laundry service is available.
As the house is right in the centre of town, there is a wide selection of cafeterias, bars and restaurants near at hand.
